Those poor unenlightened workers women have been so badly misled by the bourgeoisie patriarchy that they now lack agency and are advocating for something that's are against their best interests. It's similar to the way that leftists are happy to call black people who resist their narrative "Uncle Toms", and it's all part of Intersectionality that was dreamt up amidst the inevitable failure of Marxism in the 20th century, which replaces the proletariat (who were a terrible disappointment, because they were too busy prospering under capitalism to participate in a revolution) with a whole array of old and new classes of people who are purported to be severely aggrieved by the current system.
