Follow ups:

See you in FLORIDA tomorrow night. Big Rally!!!

“56% of registered voters tell Gallup that they are better off than they were 4 years ago (under Obama/Biden), while only 32% said they were worse off.” Highest number on satisfaction yet recorded, by far. [email protected] And it will only get better!!! VOTE

Democrats are laundering their (admittedly weak) anti-religious smear of Amy Coney Barrett through Emma Brown, the same reporter they used to launch their massive and media-coordinated anti-Kavanaugh operation that so many Americans found so despicable.

It’s the only way they know!

The Democrats are very proud!

CA would be a REPUBLICAN State if there was Election Integrity. Only reason Sacramento is DEM, and Nancy is Speaker of the House is from Dem's election fraud in CA. They stole most 2018 races by +15 to +20; so unless you were in a solid over 15-20 republican jurisdiction they stole the races down to dogcatcher.

CA has more Republicans in it than any other state! PS Besides making Dems play Defense in CA where it's expensive, sucks down their Chi-Comm campaign donations faster, that they can't spend/moneylaunder elsewhere.

33
ChelseaHubbell 33 points ago +33 / -0

CA only went Dem in the last 20 years, we were reliably Republican before that. We are what they want Texas to be so you Texans need to keep your guard up. Running to red states is not the answer we need to stand and fight in every state even deep blue ones. Concede no ground, push push push!

9

Republican states need to enforce ZONING LAWS YESTERDAY.

17
tufftoffee 17 points ago +18 / -1

Doesn't California still have that pact with other solid blue states saying they'll give their electors to whoever wins the popular vote?

We could turn the country red.

17
Sackanutz 17 points ago +17 / -0

The pact doesn’t kick in until they have enough states to hit 270 electoral votes

13
UpTrump 13 points ago +13 / -0

Very very scary. If a swing state gets a blue governor they are in that pact, and they will never withdraw once they're in

My favorite was all the talks of some states saying they are going to give their electoral votes to the popular vote winner.

How funny would it be if a certain state voted for the blue candidate but they were forced to give their electoral votes to Trump anyway just because he won the popular vote?

20
bongino_rocks 20 points ago +20 / -0

I doubt he would push it if he didn't think it was in play. I want to want to go to CA again.

Or the ones who left. I'm voting in Alabama because I took my Aerospace engineering skills to Huntsville. The last straw was when I was looking to build a self sufficient tiny house in the middle of the Mojave and they announced that we would have to pay taxes on every gallon of well water I pumped on my own property. All after L.A drained Owen's Lake north of us and left us to deal with the toxic dust while they jerked themselves off about being "environmentalist".

Living in cali taught me why we have to defend the electoral collage with our lives. L.A and new york will destroy the planet as long as their little slice is ok.

California is a red state underneath the fraud and the illegal votes. This place is too big and beautiful to let the left control it any longer, I absolutely love when Trump calls out California, doesn’t happen often but it’s good to see our President refuses to give up on any of our states.

44
FLYWHEEL_PRIME 44 points ago +48 / -4

I lived there for 2 years. I honestly do not think the following is hyperbole or exaggeration, its my honest belief.

California is so far gone that it will literally take massive armed insurrection in LA, Sac, and SF to get it back on course. You aren't just fighting the government and "academics", you are fighting legal-illegals, generations of people who have no idea where social programs are funded from. It is a god damned cesspool and beyond repair. It is a 1969 Camaro with a 454 that has been driven every day in Wisconsin. Absolutely badass car, but 5 decades of daily driving the rust belt has destroyed it through and through. No amount of frame-off restoration will fix it, the frame is rotten to the core.

31
GODGAMER 31 points ago +36 / -5

Seriously.

I've lived in CA all my life, and every year it has gotten worse.

not a year where this new Sodom and Gomorrah has gotten better.

Only more depraved, more non-white, more degenerate.

This state need a purge to ever be red again.

19
50blessings 19 points ago +19 / -0

No doubt. California’s government is beyond corrupt. One of the largest economies yet we run out of money every goddamn second? Give me a damn break.

15
Got_Hot_Snakes 15 points ago +15 / -0

Beyond repair, cesspool, rotten to the core. I don’t like this attitude, this attitude goes against everything our President speaks about and stands for. Make America Great Again, that’s the goal right? You can’t make America great without making all 50 states great and clearly President Trump wants that to happen. I was born and raised here, my family and friends are all here, been here for almost 30 years, this is my home and I’ve learned to love it, flaws and all. With all do respect, I’m glad you left. If the “massive armed insurrection” happens, you’d be the first to cut and run. I don’t blame you for leaving, you gotta do what’s best for you and your family, but being here for only two years and saying it’s beyond repair is pathetic. There’s more to this state than Los Angeles and San Francisco. I don’t believe this state will go red this election, it’s an uphill battle but conservatives in California are going to keep fighting while people like you sit from the comfort of your computer and talk poorly about our home. I hope you don’t give up on the US like you give up on blue states

12
logan34 12 points ago +12 / -0

If the Feds dont do a massive bailout next year Calif is essentially done. It will turn itself over in economic ruin. The mass exodus of jobs and tax paying population is going to cause a collapse like never before seen. LA will look like detroit and the rest of state will take major hits too. The only hope is then the population realizes its time for massive Republican revival to turn things around. The state has so much natural resources and such diverse landscapes it can be brought back to being a prosperous state again with the right leadership. Even the latino population can be turned conservative like in FL with cubans.

2
Timecop1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

Out of all the comments in this thread you have the most correct take. I’ve lived in California 30 years and our state budget has been on a collision course for catastrophic failure. Jerry brown attempted to correct this which is why he was elected. But he was met with staunch resistance from democrat leaders. I’m not singing the praises of Jerry brown but the one thing he did do that I agreed with was trying to balance the budget.

I can’t say if California is in play this election probably not but you will see massive numbers for trump that haven’t been seen in decades for California. This matters because it will force republicans who have abandoned the state to actually invest in helping us take California back.

People who don’t live in California and say the state is a lost cause don’t know how much has changed in just the last few years. Everyone including Democrats I know who hate trump hate newsom just as much.

2
knightofday 2 points ago +2 / -0

I firmly believe this, if the blue states get a bailout they’re DONE

2

I've never been more ready for the full story on this to come out. Anytime Trump drops something like this, the left goes insane, and it turns out Trump was right all along.

"To protect smelt from water pumps, government regulators have flushed 1.4 trillion gallons of water into the San Francisco Bay since 2008. That would have been enough to sustain 6.4 million Californians for six years."

""California is gonna have to ration water. You wanna know why? Because they send millions of gallons of water out to sea, out to the Pacific,” he claimed on Thursday.

“[It’s] because they want to take care of certain little tiny fish, that aren't doing very well without water," added Mr Trump, who made the same claims in 2016 amid concerns from farmers.

“They have farms here and they don’t get water. It is so ridiculous they’re taking the water and shoving it out to sea,” he told a crowd, in apparent reference to 1.4 trillion gallons of water that California reportedly pumped into the San Francisco Bay between 2008 and 2016 in an attempt to save the delta smelt’s dwindling population.""

This is complete insanity:

In 2009 Central Valley farmers sued the Fish and Wildlife Service under the Administrative Procedure Act for failing to apply the “best available science.” In a 225-page decision in 2010, federal Judge Oliver Wanger skewered the federal agency for not conducting an environmental-impact statement, and for misapplying data and making unexplained assumptions. “The public cannot afford sloppy science and unidirectional prescriptions that ignore California’s water needs,” he wrote. The judge ordered the Fish and Wildlife Service to redo its “arbitrary, capricious and unlawful” regulations.

But last year the Ninth Circuit of Appeals—renowned for its liberal outlook—reversed the decision. The three-judge panel did rip the agency’s biological opinion as a “jumble of disjointed facts and analyses.” Yet the ruling said that the restrictive pumping limits were warranted to “counteract the uncertainties” of its scientific analyses. In other words: The government’s actions were justified by its sloppy science.

Why would fresh water ever be dumped into salt water? If they are worried about "endangered species," they go against evolution and darwinism. You can't eat anything endangered, you can't catch and breed them commercially, so what the fuck are they actually doing? Increasing a "naturally" dying species/population for us to feel good about ourselves? The only endangered species we should be worried about are American Bald Eagles. Fuck the pandas, obviously they are smarter than the Chinese since they are living lives on welfare. Hope you followed along with my frustration.

My father is 62 years old and has not voted for himself in 20 years. He has let me vote for him on an absentee ballot while he watches what I fill out for the 2016 and 2018 elections but he finally voted all by himself for a straight republican ticket today in California. He said that he knows that its up to people like us to make out voices heard, otherwise a civil war is coming. He truly believes this our last chance and I'm so proud of him. California decided to make the drought rules permanent. They insist that droughts will become more frequent and more severe due to climate change. Except science doesn't show that will happen. Climate change to these idiots is based on one dooms days scenario after another. Never based in reality, just speculation. They are creating laws and shifting funds to move towards fixing it but they conveniently refuse to accept that if California ceased to exist tomorrow nothing will change. If climate change is what they really want it to be everything they are doing is the equivalent of bailing out an ocean liner with a thimble. But hey, at least it pleases the climate gods.

Yes, except there’s a lot to it, the environmentalists are all wrapped up in it. I’d have to re-familiarize myself with the details, but it’s been a contentious issue for years. Yes it’s another reason when they have drier years, everyone has to ration. Even parts of the state that don’t have water shortage issues.

California's population has increased by multiples, while resources and infrastructure have lagged. Overpopulation is the main problem.

Maybe some water going for delta smelt is wasted, but as it is there is too little water for the salmon and steelhead elsewhere, which feed a lot of people and support a large industry. Such fish die in warm, shallow water.

"wearing a mask to stop Corona Virus is like wearing a diaper to stop farts."

Alex Jones

Now I don't take life advice from AJ, but I do know a bit about the science. Corona Virus is 100nm diameter.

A micrometer is a millionth of a meter, a nanometer is a thousandth of a micrometer, therefore a nanometer is a billionth of meter. Your stupid face diaper isn't screening anything out at the 100nm diameter level. You need an actual closed respirator system to screen for 100nm.

A face diaper does prevent you from sneezing on someone I guess. But you were already an asshole if you did that. Shit you learned in 1st grade.

TFW Donald Trump is the most progressive politician to currently be in office.

You have to make progress to be a progressive. Why did the "being a progressive" narrative get spun into a movement for special treatment for certain races, the redistribution of money to others, and the acceptance of pedophilia? Why can't we be progressives by building up the economy, using our resources more efficiently, and better managing our environment to prevent massive fires? The current "progressives" are more regressive than anything. They are the opposite of what they claim to be. We call ourselves "conservatives" but we make more progress in society than even the most vocal progressives.

I may not be a textbook progressive, but I am a Silicon Valley engineer who believes in progress for humanity and works towards that goal every day, and to be honest Trump is the most progressive politician out there in that regard.
