i was living in an area of California that has had mask mandates since April, yet the numbers have only risen as the mandates have gotten stricter. The irony is when i tell people about this, they become genuinely confused as to why the numbers don't go down despite the forced masking...

How does she know 19/20 have mandates? Which one doesn't? We need to be able to confirm for ourselves. Especially for something like this where mandates change week to week.
