FL or TX. How about South Dakota? They have a great governor.
Edit: I love MT, what a gorgeous place. Parts of AZ are terrific.

Florida would be easy because both us have family there. If we’re going to start over, the climate and values are very important for where we go. I will! Hopefully we’ll go soon, we want to save some more money before we go.
