The patriot slaps him off with his left hand while saying put it back, backs off, the shooter draws and kills him. The cops have this all on a surveillance video that hasn’t leaked yet but that’s why it’s murder 1

It is, I'm guessing we'll see the normal speed video soon. Hard to determine when the shot was fired.
