I have never pressed charges after a fight. If no weapons are involved why should I? Coffee isn't really a weapon imo but I guess legally it could be since it's hot but that's just pussified.

So go after the man, the woman can, usually, be kept to the side and is more pesky than anything. Take out the man and the woman will typically stop being violent.
