Or..we can just abolish the alphabet agencies.. all of them, and divert their budget to the US Marshals. The Marshals have always been a kick ass law enforcement agency and as far as I know,they don't have a political axe to grind. I'm sorry, don't give me the "but the rank and file are good". No good can come from any organization founded on the ethics of j. Edgar Hoover.
