Sad cucks. GEOTUS is amazing.

We'll still take their votes, though.

You've gotta remember all the blue collar democrats who remember the old days, nostalgia is what keeps them with the democrats.

But if they're willing to vote for Trump in hopes that he shocks the democrat party enough to send them back to the ways they used to know, I don't mind since they clearly still love the country enough, maybe a bit misguided is all.

He's amazing and the perfect personality to combat the disease that has infected Washington since the 1950's

This is the key and for the life of me, I can't figure out why the Trump campaign is not running ads in heavy Democrat areas that basically say this, "The Democrat Party has embraced communism, lawlessness, burning cities, and shutting down businesses and churches. If YOU FEEL that the party has left you, send them a message and vote straight Republican this time. This will make them rethink and re-imagine their party principles and return back to the center. If you don't, they will continue to embrace radical anti-American policies. Sent them a message and vote Republican to save the Democrat party!"

Something along those lines. They may hate Trump, but it is more important for them to send a message and retake their party. "Make the Democrat Party great again by voting Republican and sending the leaders a message!"

At the very least, they will stay home and not support this.

The best part is a lot of people online are saying that the Democrat party as it currently stands is “centrist” and not at all far left, that it can still go much further left.

I know they are trying to astroturf to make it sound like they are more moderate than they actually are, but I feel this is just scaring moderates even further, because they think they might go even further to the left.

Put together a meme and a facebook ad campaign, I'll donate $20 for you to run it

Industry4 3 points ago +3 / -0

I can try to work on a meme. I'm no expert there. I no longer keep a facebook page though. Would love for someone to steal this idea, or if the campaign wants to use, I'm totally cool with it. I'm just surprised they don't have someone in the campaign already thinking about this.

He mentioned that directly, one of his speeches, "Who cares about my personality?" He gets it, he totally gets that not everyone gets along perfectly.

And we get him, too. We see that he's been busting his ass this entire time doing more for this country than anyone else ever has. His accomplishments and his values are what have been pulling people over to our side, with a close second of how far off the deep end the democrats have gone.

The entire American political system is based around the idea of building broad coalitions. The primaries are now over, Biden is on the far reaches of the left and Trump aligned himself center-right.

It shouldn't be hard for Trump to capture the center in this environment. I really hope he hammers home policy in the second debate like Pence did in the VP debate rather than letting it all be about personality differences. They have all the data they need to destroy the Democratic platform.

Even pick an issue that the GOP doesn't care about - like climate change. Point to CO2 levels being 60% lower than the Obama years due to increased use of natural gas after withdrawing from the Paris Accords (which stuck the US with bill for the planet despite us making <15% of greenhouse gases). Slam dunk that on Biden's head and ask him why we should go back to being energy dependent on the Middle East like we were when he was VP.

Redpill incoming! How many of you were antiTrump and then got redpilled?

I preferred Carson in the primaries, but voted Cruz to avoid Jeb!. In the 2016 general election I voted Trump but was afraid of what he might turn out to be - New York Democrat posing as a Republican. Since then I have come to appreciate that he is genuine on issues from pro life to military/LE support to beating back the Chinese dragon economically. This guy is for us.

As many others have said, I would now crawl across broken glass to vote Trump 2020.

I was a big Ted Cruz guy in the primaries. But I had the sense to not vote Hillary.

Me. Got redpilled and haven't looked back since. Being a redpilled woman is so much better than being a miserable feminazi.

I've spoken to many former Democrats or Independents, they all say the same thing. He's and asshole with a big ego, but they are voting for him because of what he accomplished. They know he is doing what's best for America.

3
hansgruber7 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because being clearly for the American people is not enough to get your support? The brainwashing is deep. As long as they vote for him, fine I guess.

Expect a Left Hook to hit the Dems late election night when the Left coast results start to come in. This is a knockout punch that will be heard around the world.

That's fine with me. It shows some thought process going on at least.

After people see the good of Trump's policies, they care less about his personality.

Give them time to detox from fake news media, and they will be avid supporters. It won't be so much "tolerating Trump" as "reading Trump correctly" and will be a welcome change from other politicians.

S1000HD 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why I left the party was because Trump “put up” so he doesn’t need to “shut up”. He did what he said he did. Democrat politicians are those people that try to start diets on January 1 and give up by January 15. DJT is the politician who will go all the way. He’s not the most eloquent speaker but that doesn’t matter all tha athées is he’s watching out for our country’s interest.

I'll take it.
