I'm not discounting the Kavanaugh family's suffering, but let's remember for a moment what they did to this nation first. Always America first, even in the culture war.

This problem started at home. Repeated examples of Republican pusillanimity has emboldened the Democrats. We need to be very very clear with the Republicans, the days of going along just to get along are dead and buried. It's time to start fighting back on every single front, every single time. They are literally murdering our people in the streets and we do nothing. They are calling for our extermination with impunity and we do nothing. Regular order is dead and we should be on a war footing instead of bookmarking passages from the Marquis of Queensbury.

Let them fight dirty, let's start throwing some haymakers. First, some new party planks. Section 230 repeal, a legislative fix for NYT vs Sullivan (public figure lawsuits which should steal a major DNC contributor away from them), pledging zero bailouts for the entertainment industry, and finally we propose a constitutional amendment that preserves the Obergerfell decision and fixes the religious liberty issues with it at the same time. Start sawing the Democratic party's planks right out from under them.
