Youre premise is faulted at the outset. You need to read the original draft of the declaration of independence and the original drafts of the srticles of confederation, which, if had been wholly approved at the outset of this grand experiment in self government, had been adopted in their original form, slavery would have been outlawed from the beginning, and made those slaves, regardless of skin color, completely free as the rest of the citizenry. There are reasons, while necessary for success, yet morally objectionable, that those partes were excluded in the final forms.

And the "fairness doctrine" was state controlled media licensing. It was destroying free speech on multiple levels; print, radio, television. Now we have twitter and facebook taking up the "fairness doctrine's" mantle.

You seem to be making arguements for not doing what the dems have done, and then trurning around and say use their own game/tactics against them. You should re read your post, and adjust it some, because your logic is flawed and confusing.

"Constitution was a white nationalist document"

We wouldnt have the Constitution without having first went through the rigor of finding the fallacies of the articles of confederation. At no time were the founders "white nationalist". They were nationalists, for sure, but most, before the declaration, and reasons for it, were loyal subjects of the crown of england, yet hated slavery, and that it was forced upon the colonies.
