We had a Branch Covidian lady here post a picture of herself wearing two masks (for extra virtue signal) while out for a bike ride. Along with the photo she posted her complaints about how hard it was to breathe, but about it being a necessity in the "time of Covid".
Careful now, you might get arres--oh wait, we live in America where we have actual FREEDOM of Speech, not PRIVILEGE of Speech that can be taken away when you say something the government doesn't like. If I remember correctly, wasn't there a guy arrested or fined or something for calling people "covidiots" on social media in the UK?
I quit asking people who come in with a mask on if I need a mask. I just don’t wear one. Lots of other small businesses are doing the same. Supposed to get a warning before consequences of enforcement by COVID nazis.

I saw videos of a bike park in chicago opening up. People were wearing masks while riding bikes outside.

For Texas, yes. I've never been scolded for non-mask wearing though. I think some of those northern Karens are way more uptight than down here.
