Trump's motorcade has the same exact thing, it's just built into the motorcade vehicles and not normally a full-blown ambulance like you are used to seeing, but the President's motorcade is certainly equipped to do absolutely everything the ambulance can do and more..... along with having a full fresh supply of Trump's blood type at all times....
