Why do they keep referring to him as a "professional", its been stated numerous times he lacks a security license, therefore he is not a security "professional".
I figured they were being quiet so that they could get their shit together and drop a statement making things better for them....but they couldn't have sent out a more damning statement AGAINST themselves.
You break it you bought it. Guarantee you were taking a cut of the money working as a broker, temp or a talent agency. It was your responsibility to know the laws of the area you are going to pimp a dude with a gun. It was your duty to do any and all necessary background checks, regardless of the company who supplied him to your agency already did a background check. YOU are responsible and you can't pass the buck on this. You done goofed and consequences will never be the same!
But the Denver 9 slick infomercial they put out today told me he was a Pinkerton employee who was a professional security guard. He just peacefully shot someone. They wouldn't just lie about such a thing would they?

Reporter, vendor and Pinkerton management approving this whole pile of shit should be cooperating from the inside of a jail cell right now.
Get ready to pay, big-time, Pinkerton.
I read this yesterday.
