Why do they keep referring to him as a "professional", its been stated numerous times he lacks a security license, therefore he is not a security "professional".

You break it you bought it. Guarantee you were taking a cut of the money working as a broker, temp or a talent agency. It was your responsibility to know the laws of the area you are going to pimp a dude with a gun. It was your duty to do any and all necessary background checks, regardless of the company who supplied him to your agency already did a background check. YOU are responsible and you can't pass the buck on this. You done goofed and consequences will never be the same!

But the Denver 9 slick infomercial they put out today told me he was a Pinkerton employee who was a professional security guard. He just peacefully shot someone. They wouldn't just lie about such a thing would they?
