That should be up to the states. Roe vs Wade was a bad ruling, based on a lie. The SCOTUS has no business creating nation-wide law. Overturning Roe vs Wade doesn't immediately make all abortion illegal, but it does start to lead back to sensible discussions like is it okay to abort 30 seconds after sex? What about 1-month later? What about 30 minutes before giving birth? What about 30 minutes after birth?
I understand most people on this site are anti-abortion, but Roe vs Wade literally silenced the entire debate, and I think it's a debate the American people deserve.
