Thank you for the concern, friend. I'm getting help. I'm finally getting treatment, talking with professionals, my family is being supportive, all those good things. My recovery swings between good and bad, but I'm walking the difficult road. And I'll be here to fight with everyone in November.
The recovery will always swing...I didn't realize until covid lockdowns that I was doing okay mentally since 2016 or so. Once shit hit the fan again, I went dark.
Sometimes we'll always be tied to how we grew up I guess...I came of age during the 2008 crisis, so another crisis is my bane...
