Asking for a friend, and if the answer is yes who do we contact about this violation?

Thanks for all the advice frens. Discussing a game plan on the best way to move forward.

UPDATE: In speaking with my friend who wishes to remain anonymous I will notify my local GOP reps of the issue on his/her behalf, and if that goes nowhere to reach out to others in the GOP and media to see if we can make some noise. Let's see what happens. Let's see what sort of teeth this EO has. The goal is to force AT&T to bam commie indoctrination from all its subsidiaries including Warner Media which would make a lot of Hollywood liberals cry. Wish us luck!

You could try contacting Christopher Rufo. This was the guy on Tucker Carlson talking about CRT.

Its according. I haven't read the executive order, but its possible that the ATT deals with the government through subsidiary company. And only that subsidiary would be included in that CRT ban.

AT&T apparently has a $984m contract with the DOJ

That's what I thought, just unsure of how to report them?

Email your congressman or senator(s) if they are GOP.

I'm in CA, so definitely not

Is the subsidiary in states other than CA?

It's a subsidiary of a subsidiary. My company is based in CA, our parent company definitely works out of other states. AT&T owns our parent company.

AT&T must have a way to report complaints anonymously. If you’re a majority owned sub of a majority owned sub, AT&T’s corporate governance policies should apply.

Contacting the Justice department might be another avenue.

This is an interesting question you’ve raised.

Technically no. The number one thought of these companies is always divert liability to someone else. Liability, liability, liability.

But by reporting them AT&T could send the word to all subsidiaries that D&I training was not allowed.
