Im an eagle scout and when I got it, it meant something. You had to actually accomplish something. No WAY you made eagle scout by 13. I call bull shit.
Near me we had some troops I saw as borderline Eagle Scout mills, just churning them out.
For someone to get it that fast likely means the troop wanted to get the first one through or something like that. So they pushed the calendar and rushed it.
