I like the idea, I'm seeing a few odd things though? "Barrett" isn't at the same level, the letters drop down at the a and r, makes it look off? The likeness is pretty good, it's a better expression than the original pic, I think. But her left eye (right side of the drawing) is weird, pupil runs into the lashes at the top and looks like she's staring almost? I'd touch that up, make the pupil less square, match the other one? The hand is bugging me but it's accurate to the picture. Make the points on the star more symmetrical, maybe? Maybe clean up the outlines, everything else is like photorealistic but the hand almost looks like crayon? Not trying to hate on it, just wanted to give my reactions basically.
