They can't fake that many. Each precinct only has a small amount of room to fudge the numbers.

The reality is that they know they're going to lose, and when the numbers are wildly off they'll say Trump is the one who cheated. They lose the Senate and lose ground in the house they will only have this "illegitimacy" in their quiver to resist Trump's next term.
