If there are declassified documents in conjunction with credible whistleblowers saying Seal Team 6 was killed to coverup a lie, well over a majority of Americans will care. I read about this last night (not the whistleblower stuff, but the story that's out in media currently). The most damning info I found was that shortly after Bin Laden died, Biden publicly thanked Seal Team 6 for their involvement. This put a target on their back of the soldiers and their families; however, no names of the members were identified. (There is a possibility that the event Joe was at which was a party for an officer, exposed the officer as Seal Team 6; the article just lists him as a Navy officer). Months later, a helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan killing 30+ soldiers including members of Seal Team 6. No source I found says that the soldiers killed in Afghanistan were the same ones involved with the Bin Laden raid. That's the record out there currently.
For the whistleblower to implicate O'Biden in the deaths, he would have to have information that O'Biden provided mission info to the Taliban. That seems unlikely.
From what I understand from the official reports, it was the other half of SEAL Team 6 that was shot down. I always try to stay up to date on the case of Extortion 17 (protip: there’s never any updates), as I’m sort of connected to this slice of history.
They were shot down in Tangi Valley, Wardak, Afghanistan. My regular infantry unit, 2-4 Infantry, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division was assigned Tangi as our AO. Our C Company had their COP located directly in the valley, and was getting hammered. The word came down that COP Tangi was to be shut down and C Co to be relocated, so our entire battalion did several missions to extract them. My company, B Co, went there several times beforehand to lay waste to the valley. After COP Tangi was evacuated, B Co got assigned to push into the neighboring Chak Valley, where apparently Americans hadn’t been since the start of the war. After we moved to Chak, I guess Tangi became a playground for the Rangers and other SOF units
We were deep in Chak; I was on a gun truck, pulling guard at night when I saw a shit ton of aerial activity. Then we started getting comms requesting us as a quick reaction force, as we were the closest ground unit to where Extortion 17 was shot down. It was a no go, because even though we were relatively close by, it took us half a night to even move into Chak. I’ll never forget the emotion that you could hear in these pilots voices. Pilots usually are are cool as ice, but hearing some of these guys on the net on the verge of tears, I knew something big was up.
Everything about the case is wonky AF, not just politically but militarily. They didn’t split their force into multiple birds, going against their SOPs. They flew in a narrow valley entrance on a bright moonlit night trying to get close as possible. Although 2-4 stomped a major mud hole in Tangi, the valley was still hot AF with Taliban activity. It’s like they were TRYING to maximize there chances of being shot down. Even my dumb PFC self knew that that’s not how things are supposed to work for a regular unit, so why the hell did a Tier 1 unit ignore basic combat tactics? You look at the historical routes taken by previous missions, choose a different one, fly in on multiple birds, and get dropped off a few km’s away. Fuck now I’m pissed off all over again. I wrote out a long storytime to put above, but decided it didn't fit well. But basically it's a story from one of my friends co-workers. When this subject came up, he (had never prior) shared how his unit was ordered into a similar suicide mission up a valley (night, full moon, etc) with lots of VC dug-in on both sides; and the new officer (Lt) was going to follow orders.
But everyone else knew it was suicide for zero objectives. The sgts and others tried to talk the officer out of the mission plan (which came from HQ) but officer (new in country) wouldn't budge or listen. The guys all held a meeting to see what they would do, and they ended up deciding to go on the mission (rather than say "other" actions).
Well this vet was the only one to survive, and he barely made it out, the battlefield kept some of his body. He contemplates the alternatives of if they chose to not go,... there are no good answers; and I'm going to leave stuff untyped here... which is why I didn't send it above, as it doesn't fit the mood as we're on the eve of 3 weeks from election and the Dems driving towards civil war again.

That Sunday, Susan Rice went on five Sunday talk shows and blamed the attacks on a YouTube vid by Nikoula Basseley Nikoula, an Egyptian Coptic Christian immigrant to America. In October of 2012, during the Mitt Romney, Barack Hussein Obama town hall debate, moderator Candy Crawley, insisted Obama condemned the Banghazi attack as a terrorist attack which Obama had not done for weeks after the attack but only when the American people had rejected the theory that a YouTube vid watched by maybe 100 people, caused a riot that led to the Benghazi U.S. consulate being burned down.
The problem I have with the story being told about an imposter Osama bin Laden is that it smacks of Islamist disinformation to me put out by a CIA "whistleblower" that looks like he went native decades ago. The Koran says Jesus did not die on the cross but rather an imposter that looked just like him was crucified. In the 1400 years since the Koran was written and assembled by Abbasid Caliphate scribes, it's been the go-to theory in the Muslim dawah (Islamic proselytization) that the way to revert Christians to Islam is to blame everything on look alike imposters and body doubles. Muslims use these imposter type arguments as if they were magical. They think the "magic" of the argument will revert the Christian world to Islam because that's how the Christian world supposedly was fooled by corrupted Biblical texts into worshipping Jesus, according to the Koran.
I would be very, very careful about believing a look alike imposter argument from a CIA agent who dressed like a weird Imam and spent 30 years in our corrupt IC apparatus on any middle east desk. CIA agents, especially long term analyst types, become paranoid, go down many rabbit holes and think up a lot of loose, strange things and draw weird connections because they become too immersed in their theories and analysis. They also often grow too close to the cultures and peoples they are analyzing, to the point that they lose the western approach to intelligence and analysis. The same way an unwise engineer thinks society can be programmed like a computer, a CIA analyst turns everything into a complicated cloak and dagger routine sprinkled with the fables and foibles of their region they are tasked to study.

I read about this last night (not the whistleblower stuff, but the story that's out in media currently). The most damning info I found was that shortly after Bin Laden died, Biden publicly thanked Seal Team 6 for their involvement. This put a target on their back of the soldiers and their families; however, no names of the members were identified. (There is a possibility that the event Joe was at which was a party for an officer, exposed the officer as Seal Team 6; the article just lists him as a Navy officer). Months later, a helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan killing 30+ soldiers including members of Seal Team 6. No source I found says that the soldiers killed in Afghanistan were the same ones involved with the Bin Laden raid. That's the record out there currently.
For the whistleblower to implicate O'Biden in the deaths, he would have to have information that O'Biden provided mission info to the Taliban. That seems unlikely.
The claim is they happened to use US Stinger missiles sold to Iran via a cutout in Libya were used to shoot down the chopper.

From what I understand from the official reports, it was the other half of SEAL Team 6 that was shot down. I always try to stay up to date on the case of Extortion 17 (protip: there’s never any updates), as I’m sort of connected to this slice of history.
They were shot down in Tangi Valley, Wardak, Afghanistan. My regular infantry unit, 2-4 Infantry, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division was assigned Tangi as our AO. Our C Company had their COP located directly in the valley, and was getting hammered. The word came down that COP Tangi was to be shut down and C Co to be relocated, so our entire battalion did several missions to extract them. My company, B Co, went there several times beforehand to lay waste to the valley. After COP Tangi was evacuated, B Co got assigned to push into the neighboring Chak Valley, where apparently Americans hadn’t been since the start of the war. After we moved to Chak, I guess Tangi became a playground for the Rangers and other SOF units
We were deep in Chak; I was on a gun truck, pulling guard at night when I saw a shit ton of aerial activity. Then we started getting comms requesting us as a quick reaction force, as we were the closest ground unit to where Extortion 17 was shot down. It was a no go, because even though we were relatively close by, it took us half a night to even move into Chak. I’ll never forget the emotion that you could hear in these pilots voices. Pilots usually are are cool as ice, but hearing some of these guys on the net on the verge of tears, I knew something big was up.
Everything about the case is wonky AF, not just politically but militarily. They didn’t split their force into multiple birds, going against their SOPs. They flew in a narrow valley entrance on a bright moonlit night trying to get close as possible. Although 2-4 stomped a major mud hole in Tangi, the valley was still hot AF with Taliban activity. It’s like they were TRYING to maximize there chances of being shot down. Even my dumb PFC self knew that that’s not how things are supposed to work for a regular unit, so why the hell did a Tier 1 unit ignore basic combat tactics? You look at the historical routes taken by previous missions, choose a different one, fly in on multiple birds, and get dropped off a few km’s away. Fuck now I’m pissed off all over again. It’s freaking obvious they got whacked by the deep state. I’m really hoping this guy can actually provide the proof to nail their asses

I wrote out a long storytime to put above, but decided it didn't fit well. But basically it's a story from one of my friends co-workers. When this subject came up, he (had never prior) shared how his unit was ordered into a similar suicide mission up a valley (night, full moon, etc) with lots of VC dug-in on both sides; and the new officer (Lt) was going to follow orders.
But everyone else knew it was suicide for zero objectives. The sgts and others tried to talk the officer out of the mission plan (which came from HQ) but officer (new in country) wouldn't budge or listen. The guys all held a meeting to see what they would do, and they ended up deciding to go on the mission (rather than say "other" actions).
Well this vet was the only one to survive, and he barely made it out, the battlefield kept some of his body. He contemplates the alternatives of if they chose to not go,... there are no good answers; and I'm going to leave stuff untyped here... which is why I didn't send it above, as it doesn't fit the mood as we're on the eve of 3 weeks from election and the Dems driving towards civil war again.

To be fair, only a few groups would be active in a raid to capture/kill Osama. It would have been the same groups doing the thousands of raids in Afghanistan since 2001, SEALs or SF ODA, or possibly DoD/Delta. So singling out SEAL Team 6 as the group that raided the Osama compound is not a very shocking revelation.. but Benghazi is very suspicious as well as throwing Osama's body into the ocean, or mountains as this story suggests. So I will keep an open mind and wait for the facts to get released.
