That’s what I did, neighbor got pissed about my %3 Betsy Ross, screamed at me for “loving Trump” so I put up a dozen more flags.

It’s a Betsy Ross with Roman numeral three in the circle of stars, it’s representative of the idea that only %3 of the population of the colonies stood up to the British and fought and that’s all it took.
