Nixon wasn't a governor, he was a congressman and senator.
Thanks, good correction. Still, California provided us with both Nixon and Reagan. I can't imagine anyone to the right of Feinstein or Newsome becoming a Senator or Governor of California today unfortunately.
If only California had another Reagan and Schwarzenegger.
