That would imply that when it was set to 10:10 (and when Sen. Grassley mentioned it) that it was also set purposely with meaning.
Not sure, I have some ideas but nothing concrete. It could signify Pompeo's announcement of the Hillary emails to be released, I'm not sure. The Mickey Mouse clock is interesting because the timer functionality shows 9 (minutes or hours) on the timer (the red ticks that are lit up) but if you draw straight lines and extend the arm of the minute hand it actually lands right on the 10 minute mark.

The red marks actually go to the 8th tick, but the hand does go to 10. No idea if something was supposed to happen or not.

The clock in her background was set to the exact time from a recent Q drop. Not sure what the clock is supposed to mean but it's pretty interesting.
