The Mickey Mouse clock is interesting because the timer functionality shows 9 (minutes or hours) on the timer (the red ticks that are lit up) but if you draw straight lines and extend the arm of the minute hand it actually lands right on the 10 minute mark.
Any thoughts what 10:10 means? I actually think it was set to 10:09 if you're referring to the Mickey Mouse clock.

The red marks actually go to the 8th tick, but the hand does go to 10. No idea if something was supposed to happen or not.
APCO code 10:10 means 'Fight in progress'.
