I always thought the purpose of a Supreme Court Justice was to hear the facts, listen to the arguments, ask questions. Then when all has been presented, argued and considered the Justices make a decision in accordance with the Constitution.
I find the lines of questioning of these hearings to be absurd. No one could or should tell you how they are going to rule as they have not heard the facts, listened to the arguments or asked any questions. I may not be as sophisticated or as intelligent as some of these lawyers, Senators or legal scholars but it sure looks like they have perverted this process into something the founders never wanted. We need new leaders.
You apply common sense and reason. They have no idea what those inherit human emotions and non reactionary evaluations are. They are clearly socially enept. Just because they have a piece of elitest bullshit paper that claims they are smart doesn't mean they really are and clearly they fucking suck at hiding an agenda.
