The real bombshell that no ones talking about is the surveillance footage that DPD has from the camera directly over the area this took place. It was immediately after this information came out that the investigation was upgraded to 1st degree murder.
Then theres video of the agitator, the shooter and reporter shadowing Kelter, Tiegen on Tucker stating he saw them all huddling before the incident.
