I don't think any state can legitimately go blue at this point. DC, sure. But NYC is emptied out so the upstate has a chance. California has a lot of republicans who will be turning out.
Maybe 1/2 of Maine will give Biden some electoral votes, but they arent an "all or nothing" state.
Colorado. It's so far gone Trump hasn't campaigned there or even mentioned it in a tweet. And this when he even tweeted places like CA and NY to vote red.
