They're not all bad. Some of the veteran nurses have their shit together well. I married a good one, and there's a lot of still good ones in the hospitals. And funny enough, the immature ones, tend to get mature real quick when they're with a mature male. This is really only true of the hospital setting that I've found, but it's possible elsewhere. And I know that's a bit of a blanket statement, but I've seen very mature alpha males (firefighters, cops, certain paramagicians) take some wilder nurses and really, really calm them down.
If I ever end up single again, I will pretty much only exclusively date another nurse. ER nurse especially, since those are really the nurses I deal with on the day to day.

From nursing and below, yes. Doctors though, overwhelmingly male. Paramedics, also overwhelmingly male.
