Edit: Ok, I watched all three parts of this and it's like listening to a prosecutor without there being any defense. The implication from his presentation is that everyone on the SCOTUS is on the take and that ACB will be too. He presents no information on the fact that the democrats have a similar central fund for amicus briefs supporting the liberal side of any cases nor does he explain why Roberts ruled against the constitutional side of three cases in favor of liberal activist causes just recently.
He also mysteriously says there should be civil jurists deciding these things because, and I quote: "They're told to be impartial and bribing them is illegal" while simultaneously implying that SCOTUS is not impartial and is being bribed but it's legal to bribe a judge?
