Fact is RvW was a fucked up shitty misreading of law. There is no general right to privacy in the USC. There are specific rights to certain forms of privacy.

Even then RvW goes directly against the basis of Constitutional rationality, that being the understanding of 3 basic rights that were expanded upon during the Enlightenment; Life, Liberty, and Property. Our entire system is set up to protect these rights, but somehow the 1st doesn't matter anymore because...reasons???
