I figured covering your mouth creates heat and moisture where bacteria thrive. looks like this just proved my case. which I said back in February.

I'm not a doctor, but I have a feeling masks contribute to acne, too. I'd hate to have to wear mine all day.

Shit's horrific over the course of a 12 hr shift.

Ears being rubbed raw my primary grievance.

I lost a root canal tooth that I could not get capped because there was no pain, so the dental association would not allow dentists (who were willing but hamstrung) to do work to save it, since it wasn’t an emergency. Now have to pay for implant.

The mint in all toothpaste and mouthwashes can irritate the gums and sinuses and throat....especially if you use them too much... So if you use mouthwash and put a mask on it concentrates the mint effect on your throat and gums and sinuses...exacerbating gum and mouth issues....be advised.....

Also, my NY state dentist won't 'polish' the teeth in a cleaning. Afraid of aerosol particles.or some. Bs last time.

Serious question:

What to medical personnel (who often wear masks) do to avoid this? Listerine? Special toothpaste?

Hi, I worked in a ISO class 7 clean room in a hospital.

Reduce particles in air. Air locks into the hospital, air locks into the department, air locks into the ante room, air lock into the clean room.

Hygiene, must shave face and trim nails before work. Must wash hands twice and scrub nails before putting on mask in ante room.

Completely be changed out of street clothes.

Air in the clean room is constantly circulating and being filtered.

Masks must be FDA approved, the product and the manufacturer must be certified as well as the manufacturer’s facility.

I work in manufacturing now.

I walk into work, don’t wash my hands, grab a fake non certified mask. Same with my coworkers. The air is filled with aluminum, plastic, rubber, paper particles. I walk into a bathroom with a fake mask and get it contaminated, then, wear that fake mask outside, then, back inside.

Doesn’t sound very clean or safe compared to the hospital, does it?

OMG DOES THIS EXPLAIN JAPANESE PEOPLES' TEETH????

I consume a lot of jp content from following fighting games and it always struck me as odd how bad their teeth are. Even super attractive people with obvious top tier plastic surgery will find themselves doing JAVs looking like a deep sea shark in its twilight years. Fucking crazy.
