Got our ham licenses years ago... learned first aid... know how to do damned near anything in a house... bought said house on a lake on a peninsula and have lines of sight down both directions of the street and ain't gettin' attacked in my old subdivision unless they are navy seals... and have 5 exists from my neighborhood if we gotta scoot... have tractor... shit loads of trees... 5 turkeys sleep in the neighbors trees... have eaten squirrel, deer, rabbit, snake, and know how to cook em... have a machine and wood shop... got first .22 at 8... have years worth of food before I need to do anything 'rash'...
hurry up with that civil war... I got pies in the oven.
my colleagues and myself have tens of thousands of rounds of varying types.
sorry, not sorry.
we were prepared years ago.
you all should have been spooked and paranoid during 2015. honestly.
you all probably laughed at the non-sensicalness of 'preppers' amirite?
now the riots and culture war has unfolded...
and me and mine are rich beyond compare.
so when i say, buy water containers and solar and batteries... canned foods
hope for the best; prepare for the worst.
you all think 'its not that bad yet'
and in some near future i will say 'its just one kidney, you have two!'
Some of us are still rather young and are just now making some real money.
truth. but those that had means were still saying 'those crazy conspiracy theorists!'
this was like maybe 5 years ago
Not all of us have the means to prep like that.
agree.
but the folks that did have means, say five years ago.
are asking me, now, what to buy.
my sides. "its all gone!'
yeah too bad I wasn't stacking ammo in high school
where i grew up. ammo was plentiful in every household.
lucky you
best thing you can do right now...
is make a map of your local area.
where are large farm type supplies held?
where are large water containers?
where are the big storage facilities for places like walmart?
seems silly now.
except when shit hits the fan, you arent fighting for scraps.
make a 'bug out' bag. flash light. matches. there are plenty of guides online.
know what to do and where to go. hold out if you can. move when you must.
baseball bat. poncho. MRE or stored foods. etc etc etc
That's right FREN!!!!
