i think she’s basically trying to say that her side is completely in the right while republicans are completely in the wrong, which is why she won’t compromise on any of the relief legislation. blitzer is saying at the end that even if her bill is better than the one being proposed by republicans, she should just suck it up and let it pass because americans need the relief money.
