You know that 5.5k per citizen isn't paid direct to citizens. It's wasted through other layers. They could do just under 1 T and get every man woman child 2000 or so. You can eat a.lot of Ramen noodles on that
I think everyone would admit the PPP program was wildly successful. Problem is it was only meant to deal with a 2 month shutdown, not a 5 month shutdown.
