Let me know when Wisconsin drops the charges.. this is nothing.

Actually this is pretty huge. The miscellaneous gun charges are the only things they could have gotten him on. It's what they got the McCloskey's on.

He is 100% safe from 1st/2nd degree murder charges, it's impossible to make them stick. He's going to walk.

PLUS, this is an admission from the DS that he was at least partly innocent. Coming from Satan's Throne, this is monstrous.

You can’t really keep talking about this one and expect anyone to listen. You lost credibility with your bs claims you spammed for weeks.

What I’m referring to specifically is he repeatedly posted the same comment - over and over dozens of times - claiming Kyle illegally transported the rifle over state lines. Zero evidence to support it. And was being rude to anyone who stated otherwise. He makes good points sometimes but not with this event.

Political Prisoner

Looks like the trial won't be over before November then. Very important because it sets a precedent thereafter.

In other news, Lin Wood toured the offices of CNN and New York Times, reportedly asking executives how long will it take them to "move their crap out" and has a sign company busy working on a Kyle News Network and a New Kyle Times building signs.

Wow that only took a couple of months. Political prisoner.

Hopefully this is just the beginning of the unraveling of this whole bullshit case.

Free Kyle!

This article is unclear about the specific statement from his attorney.

Also, did Wisconsin charge him with unlawful transport of a gun? This article says that Illinois won't pursue that charge. But Kyle's real problem is charges in Wisconsin.
