I think what you're trying to do (unintentionally) is phish out So-Cons (social conservatives) by taking a poll on a hypothetical. While they do still exist and are on this site as well as abundant in the country; shit has gotten so fucked up in our Government that social issues are on the back-burner this election cycle because we have Governors overstepping their bounds and currently have Self-Proclaimed Commies in our Federal Institutions trying to covertly push our Country even further left (for their own selfish ends) than they know the public would be willing to accept.

But I am pro-marijuana legalization, as opposed to Mike Bloomberg or Kamala Harris - using the marijuana prohibition as an excuse to criminalize American Blacks. "You don't need to frame a guilty man" so why the dog-and-pony show from the Democrats?
Some Republicans AGREE with these Democrats.
I am also pro-cocaine on the grounds that, society already accepted this drug, just not through the Law System. They accepted it MORALLY.
Same with prostitution and strippers. You don't want your daughter to even CONSIDER prostitution and stripping, but we already socially accept, remove the taboo for these things.
Heroine, Crack, Crystal Meth on the other hand....These hard fuckin' drugs, the only stories you hear are people coming OFF them...and that's it. "I quit Heroine" "Good job, brother...stay clean." No growing social acceptance of these zombie-inducing drugs.

The laws aren't there because of the drug, they are there because of the dumb shit people do while on the drug, like broadside a mom and the kids coming home from the movies while dad stayed home cause dad reasons (when we get older we get more anti-social).
