When did California begin it’s decline? When the politicians made it too difficult to compete with other states and the aerospace industry packed up and left town. It’s own citizens lobbied for military base closures and the military left town. Then they demanded that they halt clean nuclear energy in favor of the wind and sun gods’ grace.
