The best way to turn California into a purple state would be to have a state level electoral college system. The only reason we are so blue is because of the coastal cities in LA and the SF Bay Area. Almost every other county is red as fuck. Honestly if something doesn’t change soon I guarantee you that the north will split off and form the state of Jefferson.
