I’m a Republican in Texas, and I did not believe in Trump in 2016. I felt that he had too many character flaws, I wasn’t at all confident he could be trusted, and I knew Texas was state that was going to go for him regardless, so I wrote in my ideas ticket instead.

At that time, I trusted the media more, so when Trump won I was totally surprised, but incredibly happy we stopped Hillary. I didn’t have great confidence that Trump would execute the office in line with conservative values, but I was willing to give him the chance to prove he was the man for the job. Even as a Republican, I had a major red pill moment when the Russia collusion hoax ended with no collusion being proved, and then instead the whole thing started to unravel and prove that Donald Trump has been telling the truth the whole time.

I could not have hoped or imagined that he would fight as hard as he has, or do as much as he has done, for this Nation and the Republican Party in only his first term as President. I saw him lead us to the strongest economy America has ever seen, stand by our ally Israel, broker peace in the Middle East, secure our country’s borders, fight the insanity of Critical Race Theory, drain the swamp, and keep campaign promise after campaign promise, among so many other things, and through that he convinced me he absolutely deserves the trust of the American people. I am so glad that I have another chance to vote for this American Patriot, we need him for four more years. So today, the first day of early voting in Texas, I am proud to say that I have cast my vote for Donald J. Trump in 2020!

Ha, I did the same thing. I always voted for the libertarian candidate. First time voting republican was 2018 cause cuck Beto said he was going to take my guns. Had to go with Ted Cruz. Voted today to MAGA in walker County. I do not know if I will ever be a Republican but I am here to MAGA for sure.
