In the end they would've used any excuse to use that level of censorship this year, remember this might very well be their last year if everything goes wrong for them and we win all powers (even if we just maintain our current ones) so not only will we see the biggest level of censorship they can achieve, we'll see the biggest attacks and weapons they've prepared for a moment like this.
