The Gun Control Act of 1968.

Does this law, or any law, supersede the US Constitution? Asking for a friend?

So you are saying the 1968 Gun Control Act was an Amendment to the US Constitution ratified by 3/4 of all states? Because that would be huge news if true.

Pro-Tip: NO laws supersede the US Constitution...NONE! Amendments to the US Constitution are PART OF THE CONSTITUTION! All law, rule of law, and power flows from the US Constitution. Nothing stands above it save for God himself. No valid law can be made that ignores and supersedes the Constitution. This basic logic and truth is what the Dems fear most. They know they have been wiping their asses with the Constitution for decades.

100% incorrect but feel free to explain yourself. The US Constitution is the highest law in the United States, full stop. But go ahead and educate me.

Amendments to the Constitution are literally part of the Constitution. Get it. Don't be stupid please.

It's like saying Jesus supersedes God. WRONG Jesus = God. Ratified Amendments = the Constitution. The 1st-10th amendments are literally not part of the original document, hence the name "amendment". However notice that the 1st-10th amendment are just as valid and powerful as the other original parts of the document.

The US Constitution is and always has been a "living document". Thus it was made to grow and change with the times, via amendments. Your arguments are so shallow and nonsensical it hurts my brain to talk to you, honestly it does. It seems your basic lack of logic is far reaching and debilitating, please seek professional help for these issues.

Commies in full control. When JFK was assassinated, Brady was used as a tool to wedge US into thinking guns were too easily available,. BS...we took guns to school...they stood up in the corner until school was out. No one EVER was hurt. it's all BS. But I don't need to tell you this.

Swear I'm not high: in the '80s my dad took me to KMart where he bought my grandpa a Marlin .22 and the only paperwork involved was filling out the warranty card
