Which is exactly how it works where I am. All of those contractors getting shit on and having to deal with horrible code while making $25-35/hr? White. All of those people setting up cubicles for Deepstink and Prajunk - white. In the cafe, every employee except one is white and I think she has some sort of mental disability. And all of these people constantly get shit on by the H1B who just demand demand demand because they know that they will be served.

I remember a few years ago when Disney fired a ton of long-time tech employees and essentially forced them to train their new overseas replacements.

I heard one state university system did the same thing. Could be universities of California. Their soon to be ex-IT had to do the train ng, or they didn't get severance packages.

This shit boils me. It would be under control if they just had an audit system to enforce the requirement of hiring locally first.

Having techs train a replacement is in direct violation of good faith and should have stopped there, but since there is no oversight mechanism with any teeth...

Used to be a department of labor, but I guess they didn't think of America first.
