29 LA County puts Trump as the very LAST choice on the entire ballot. Not alphabetical. Kanye West is well above him (for VP, strangely?). What is happening. I don't know if there is a publicly stated reason, but I'll take a guess.
There are some people that will just pick the 1st option. By shuffling the order between ballots, there is no candidate that gets an advantage from being the 1st in the list.
