Photos of a Delaware federal court subpoena given to The Post show that both the computer and hard drive were seized by the FBI in December, after the shop’s owner says he alerted the feds to their existence.
But before turning over the gear, the shop owner says he made a copy of the hard drive and later gave it to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello.

Someone has to answer for this @ fbi. Did they sieze it and then hand back to Biden? Did they sieze it and the destroy it? They certainly didn't investigate it, so where is the laptop?

And none of this “muh rank-and-file” BS. Every employee of the Secret Police needs to be fully investigated. If a six-month intern has knowledge of this type of nonsense, they should be charged with sedition, prosecuted and banned from government work for life at bare minimum.
