The word is used the way "n*/+(r" or chink are used w black and asian people respectively: to immediately rob you of human consideration, remove property and civil rights, subject to arbitrary assault or harassment.

It is a slur, as is "nazi", against light skinned people as divorced from reality as the aforementioned slurs for other ethnic groups.
