People said that, but I don't believe we have any proof. Careful of the amount of disinformation surrounding this event. For example, you'll hear about the security team surrounding a "prince" and leading him out of a casino, but I personally saw the proof myself that that was just the main security guy for that group of hotels walking in with his guys (note the walkie talkie in his hand, for one), until that got memory holed and now nearly everyone you talk to will be 100% convinced that they know it was a prince, and yet have zero proof for that.

It is well-known that the windows on the more modern hotels in Vegas actually stretch two floors because when they are only one floor-height, the building ends up looking like a prison.
For example, compare the 28-story Excalibur to the 33-story Bellagio. Excalibur looks like a prison whereas Bellagio looks like a luxury hotel, mainly because of the window sizing.

I know they don’t want people jumping out of their hotels when they lose their mortgage on black jack, but that’s only thing I can think of.
Nobody ever gets wealthy from gambling except bookies or casino owners.
And the few that do (blackjack card counters) get blacklisted from every casino on the face of the earth.
