That's one reason they push vote-by-mail. If the ballot is sitting on the table for a month there is the chance they may mail it in. If they actually have to vote "on the day" then a better chance they blow it off.

Young people are to busy with their Lives and dont care about elections. Hell, for that matter, do you have any Idea how many do Not vote in all age brackets? I checked the voter rolls of people in my little sub. Mostly Repubs. Only about 6 Dems and only about 20 Vote out of 60

If you look at the infighting with the Bernie campaign and some of the things they've said, in a lot of ways they see Biden as being just as bad as Trump; just another "old white guy," and we know how bad that is! The "kids" want their own version of Trump but on the left. Hopefully that was Bernie. I don't want to see the next model.

Young people care about approval from their peers more than anything else. They'll say they're going to vote and then they don't.
