Where is this pure hate you're talking about? White people don't in a significant way have any hatred towards blacks, and I'm presuming vice versa. There's been some politicians as of late stirring up some pure hate but that seems to be almost completely on the left and seems to designed to try to make both black and white people hate white people/Western civilization. I'm not sure how you're conceptualizing the problem.
