For anybody asking what this means. It means that the special counsel was authorized to target individuals. not known crimes. You may have heard the famous quote "show me the man and I'll show you the crime". This is what it looks like. We do not do that in the United States. This is horrifying and against everything we stand for.

Shouldn’t Mueller also not be asking to change the scope of his investigation? He was given the task to find Russian collusion, found none, and that should’ve been end of story. Taking the next step into asking and receiving authority to look into individuals just demonstrates a total collapse of any checks and balances of our justice department. Maybe I am off on that, as I am not to knowledge on inner workings of DOJ.
