It's an audio tape of Biden's lawyer and Alan, where Biden's lawyer confirms these things. It's also a copy of the NDA between these two, signed, and stating it relates to Bin Laden's captivity in Iran.

If it's nothing, then Biden's lawyer can be asked by the media about it and clear it up. Biden can be asked about it also.
